Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners, AquaPup is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
