15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Clean, free of pet hair, odors, or damage.

• Returned in its original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at splashyypup@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used products.

• Products that show signs of wear, damage, pet hair, or odors.

• Gift cards.

• Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law, including the right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
